Welcome to Casa España, a peaceful Spanish-inspired retreat in West Palm Beach, just minutes from downtown attractions. Designed with soft blue accents, curated lighting, & calming textures, this home blends charm and comfort—ideal for families, business travelers, or couples.

My team and I are local to the area. Guests are welcome to ask questions about the area and are available to help in any way we can!

Guest Access
Guests have full private access to the main house, patio, and driveway. Self-check-in details are sent by 6 AM on your arrival day. The detached guest home is separate and accessible via its own entrance—available upon request for larger groups.

Casa España features three inviting bedrooms: two spacious queen rooms with Smart TVs and one serene twin bedroom—perfect for children or solo guests. The two full bathrooms include modern fixtures, soaking tubs, fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Kitchen & Dining
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, filtered water dispenser, wine glasses, and all cookware needed for home-cooked meals or celebrations. An open-concept dining area comfortably seats six, making it perfect for shared meals and quality time.

Lounge Spaces
Relax in the stylish living room featuring a 65” HDTV with streaming apps, Sonos Bluetooth sound system, and curated books. Whether you’re enjoying movie night or unwinding after a beach day, this space is designed for comfort.

Outdoor Space
Step into your private patio oasis. Enjoy outdoor dining under the palms, grill local favorites on the propane BBQ, or sip morning coffee in the lounge area. The fully fenced yard offers added privacy and peace.

• Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (≤45 lbs), $75–$300 fee per pet (varies by stay)
• Cameras are located outside the property for your safety
• Trash/recycling instructions are provided in your guidebook
• Ask us about special occasion décor, transportation, mid-stay cleanings, or pet services

Lost & Found Policy:
Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible.
Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics.
Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of lost items.
