Guests have full private access to the home and fenced yard. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway, with free curbside parking in front. Self check-in with personalized instructions sent day-of.

Casa Italia offers three cozy bedrooms styled for rest and relaxation, with four comfortable beds accommodating up to eight guests. Two spotless bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, hairdryers, and luxury bath essentials to ensure a comfortable stay.

Kitchen & Dining:
The open-concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a filtered-water refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and wine glasses. A large dining table seats up to six, perfect for shared meals, celebrations, or morning coffee before heading to the beach.

Relax in the bright living room with a 60” Smart TV, curated books, and a serene boho-inspired palette. Whether you’re watching a movie, working remotely, or spending time with loved ones, this space is both stylish and comfortable.

Pool Heating Fee - A $10/day fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival.

🌊 Heated Pool
Pool Heating Notice:
During colder weather, when outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the pool heater may not be able to reach very high temperatures (it will not feel “hot” or reach 100°F). The pool will still be heated, but water temperature depends on the weather.
