Experience the boutique luxury of our recently and fully renovated Spanish bungalow!

This landmarked home is bright, quiet and brand new interior/patio/exterior from the floors to skylights to bathrooms to all new windows & doors and even a gorgeous new oversized saltwater pool and hot tub, just completed in 2024.

Lush and tall, lit landscaping creates a fabulous daytime or evening vibe. With a fresh take on Palm Beach style, this house was designed by a premier designer from HGTV.

The neighborhood is highly desirable, both six minutes from the airport and ten minutes from PBI restaurants and beaches, and a quick walk to the intercoastal. Hot new areas all around! Walk to Grato's new sandwich bar, Table 26, Grandview Market or stay in and dine inside or out on the limestone patio with custom awning and fans.

Located in the heart of historic Flamingo Park, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in West Palm Beach. Enjoy this fabulous area that is a short walk to restaurants, Grandview Market, Kravis Center, Rosemary Square, and public transportation. Shopping and beaches are also just minutes away and about 5 miles to the Palm Beach International Airport.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and chill out in our modern and charming home that offers open concept and upscale furnished, with several other complimentary features to experience as our valued guest(s). Whether you're traveling alone, with a partner, or on a business trip, this stylish and comfortable space is the ideal choice for your accommodation needs.

After a fun day of adventure, hang out with your friends and family in the spacious living area and watch a movie or watch a sports game on our 40"TV with Hulu+ & Live TV. It has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large fully stocked kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with 40" TV. The 2nd bedroom has two twin-sized beds. The 3rd bedroom/den has a large TV, desk, daybed and pull out twin-trundle.

There are a lot of great spaces in this home that you can enjoy! From the living area, there is a door that leads to the backyard. Boasting a brand new oversized heated saltwater swimming pool & spa with water feature surrounded by a fenced in backyard worthy of a magazine spread.

This home is equipped with a variety of entertainment options to enhance your stay. It includes a Pool Float/Funboy, along with an electric pump for easy inflation, perfect for lounging by the pool. For gaming enthusiasts, an Xbox is provided, complete with one controller and the exciting Madden College Football game. If you're in the mood for some classic fun, a range of board games is also available for all ages. Additionally, there's a movable party speaker, designed for outdoor or beach use, allowing you to enjoy music wherever you go.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 100 Mbps, a two beach chairs, and driveway + on street parking are all provided during your stay!

Best Girls Trip!

The home came fully stocked with everything needed for a long weekend. Plenty of paper products, nice towels, even came with tape and scissors for decorating. Our host was wonderful and accommodated our last minute booking. The outdoor lanai was the perfect spot to have your morning coffee and lounge by the pool. Highly recommend booking your stay here.
