The pool was the best we have ever had in Florida it was so wonderful and the view was awesome! House fit our needs well! The master bath could have better water pressure and the water took awhile to get hot in it but it was sufficient enough for our stay. Beds were comfy and kitchen was super nice and has lots of utensils and little appliances. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Nice neighborhood with gated entry felt safe and chill it was perfect!

Melbourne House

It was great to have a pool and spa and the house was as expected. The pool and spa were not heated when we got there, so it took several days to heat. Also, the shower on the master ensuite had no pressure. The house was stocked with essentials which was nice.

Great place to stay with a family

Heated pool was fantastic. It was a bit cool some days and the heated pool let the kids swim for 8hrs a day. Location was good for simple amenities. Easy to get on highway to go north or south on the coast. Great market nearby on weekends to pass some time and grab a coffee. The house was setup great. Double living rooms allowed the adults to watch sports at night, and kids to play games in the second living room. Bedrooms were great. Water pressure in shower was a bit weak in the ensuite, but otherwise the property was perfect for us.

Family coming into state for wedding

3 to 9 of our family stayed here from California for a week for a wedding, and the house was perfect. Was comfortable for all of us for breakfasts and dinners, has all the utensils and kitchen things that we needed for everything. Had such a great time in the pool, had enough towels. and watching movies in the living room. Would definitely recommend to come here. Great neighborhood and location. Neighbor was very kind and helpful.

Terrific Host

This house is in a gated community. This house and those in the neighborhood are very nice. The neighbors are friendly. The view on this property is wonderful. The pool is cleaned every week. The house is well stocked (linens, dishes, silverware, utensils, dishwashing detergent, washing machine supplies, etc.) and clean. And, to top it off, the owner is delightful and willing to tackle any problems that arise. We have stayed here multiple times, and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic Month in Melbourne

We stayed at this amazing home for the month of March 2023 with a group of 7 consisting of some of our siblings and their partners. The house is exactly as it is shown online. There’s plenty of room to spread out and watch movies, read, and play card games. The kitchen is large and well stocked with everything we needed to make our favourite recipes for some great family meals. We were provided with a brand new pellet barbecue which we made good use of. We started and ended most of our days in the pool area which is a fantastic spot to watch a wide variety of birds who make their homes in the small lake behind the house. Hours were spent in the heated pool and when we wanted to get out of the sun we spent time in the large shaded area. The pool area is very private and the neighbourhood is quiet. During our evening walks people would wave at us and stop for a quick chat. Several evenings we stood on the sidewalk outside the house and viewed launches from Cape Canaveral. Uyen responded quickly regarding any issues we had and Butch, who lives next door, was available to help us out and give suggestions about local attractions. The area had lots to keep us busy. We golfed, visited Merritt Island, went deep sea fishing, visited the beach, went to a yard sale in the community, and even attended a St. Patrick’s Day street festival. We had one day of rain during our month in Melbourne and enjoyed beautiful warm temperatures and lots of sun. Our vacation was truly memorable and we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this beautiful vacation home in the future.

Fantastic trip

The house was fantastic. Just as advertised. Had exactly what we were looking for. The host was very helpful with rental info and always responded quickly. The pool was great and the location was perfect for what we needed. My only suggestion would be to have more bath/pool towels. We were a group of 12 with 6 bath towels. Alot of laundry! But not a big problem but one for each person would have been nice since we came from out of state and didnt bring them. Would definatley rent this house again my whole family loved it!

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful and immaculate home, in a lovely gated community. Close to downtown Melbourne and the beach. Very spacious and great for families. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. It has a great pool area with a view overlooking the lake where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Uyen was very responsive.
