Experience Old-Florida in this adorable 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home with large enclosed back yard. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and very centrally located. Just 15 minutes away from the Beach, 5 minutes away from the Mall and 10 minutes from Downtown Melbourne.

The home is fully furnished and stocked with an equipped kitchen and full sized washer/dryer. The living room was recently renovated with light marble tile.

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of two locked utility closets.
We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Neighborhood:
Simple quiet Old Florida neighborhood. In the middle of everything, you will have easy access to local restaurants, downtown Historic Melbourne and the Beaches. Downtown Historic Melbourne is 10 minutes away and the beach is 15 minutes away. We recommend renting a car or using Uber or Lyft to get around the area. Public transportation in the area is not optimal.

Other Things to Note:
Washer/dryer with detergent are located in the covered porch by the kitchen within the exterior lean-to closet.
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

The biggest issue was the infestation of ants. In every room. Also, when the guest shower was first run, black dirt came up from the drain. Also, the property wasn't ready at check-in time (no shade against the woman cleaning, she was working hard).

Convenient getaway for Melbourne airport & area.

Convenient, neat, & clean. Fees seemed a bit high.Primary communication w/ host appeared to be via VRBO app, which I didn’t have. Fortunately we were able to communicate via text to get inside.Minor house comments (for owner):- One remote missing (living room).-Toilets need minor maintenance.- Knives dull. (Add sharpener? ) I liked the T-stat w/ limited adjustment.

This house couldn't have been better, honestly! Pedro's communication, responsiveness and hospitality are top-notch, a real pleasure. The house...perfect in every way. 1st Beach Visit

Several members of our group had never seen the ocean so this was an exciting event for them. Add hurricane Ian into this trip and it's definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Our stay was pleasant even though we cut it short for safety. The property is fantastic, great backyard where we did our own seafood boil while playing great music and some pretty competitive corn hole games. Enjoyed by all, I highly recommend this property and the owners are very attentive and quick to address any concerns or needs. Thank you and I'll be renting again!

Very nice place with lots of room

We kind of waited until the last minute to schedule our accommodations. This cottage did not disappoint. Sometimes the pictures can give false hopes. This was not the case here. I think the place is nicer than the pictures. We will stay here again if in need in this area.

Rough start, great stay

We were unable to access the home upon arrival. Host was ill and unreachable, Vrbo authorized two hotel rooms which were covered. Nice home for a family of six to enjoy the area while visiting a friend at Florida Tech. This was our first time renting a home. The home was well stocked with all the kitchen, bath, and laundry essentials.

Cozy Cottage

We had a good stay at Cozy Cottage. Some issues arose that the owner quickly addressed. Our only complaint would be that there were no instructions. We would have appreciated a folder about the electronics, some area attractions, and general housekeeping. Our location was good, and the neighbors very friendly.
