This home is in a quiet neighborhood, a gated community with a lake view.
15-20 minutes to nearby beaches and one hour from Orlando, Disney World, shopping centers, etc... It is a perfect place for families and friends to get together on a special occasion or vacation
It is a 3 bedroom house with 2 full baths and a large back yard with patio & grill. The house is equipped with a full gourmet kitchen, a new refrigerator, a new air conditioner, smart TV with 125+ channels, Netflix, Prime videos, and a variety of DVD movies to entertain your families and friends.

My inbound flight was delayed while my son arrived early. Our host was very helpful in allowing early check in. Everything about the house was great!

The property is nice and has everything we required. The property was generally clean with plenty of space, the main bed was large and comfortable. As reported in other reviews I noticed the bottom bunk mattress has very little padding and the coils where noticeable when trying it. We didn't use it, so it wasn't an issue for us.The street is quiet and peaceful.The garage is not included, as the owners uses it for storage.There were a few issues that I had to report to the owner, there were rats in the roof, they were running around inside the roof scratching on the ceiling above our bed throughout the night. This issue was not addressed during our stay. There was a heavy presence of mold in the laundry room, my wife and I both didn't feel well when entering the laundry room. There was visible mold growing on the foyer ceiling and laundry room ceiling vent.The TV room lounges had a musty moldy smell to them too.

Location was nice. The house needs some love and updating. A few of the beds were not comfortable and you could feel nothing but the springs in it. We thought it was a bit closer to the beach. It’s about a 20 min drive though.

Spacious, great patio

This place had lots of room for us to spread out. Big kitchen and two dining rooms for us to enjoy meals at. Great for lots of people. Great back patio with a pretty view of the pond behind the house. Quiet neighborhood. Really met all our needs!

family gathering

this is beautiful home and located on very nice neighborhood. We had next neighbor came over and inform us that was a rocket launch from space center in fifteen minute and whet to backyard facing the lake and watch our first live rocket launch. The place located spent a couple of days Disney world, fishing, at Sebastian Inlet and several beach areas for walking on the beach. The Host was great and took care of our need specially in prep for a hurricane and setting every back after the storm. during a hurricane. Enjoy the beautiful and spacious home and spending time with family..

So much room!

We recently stayed here with the in laws. We loved that it was so spacious! The property was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! A+ for labeling the cabinets, making everything easy to find! Extremely clean, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable! I would definitely stay again if ever visiting this area in the future.

Fun family time

This house is spacious and offered exactly what our family of 6 (4 adult children) needed to relax and spend time together. Loved the ping pong table, the back patio overlooking the pond, and the large kitchen for making thanksgiving dinner.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood with a great location

The house was beautiful inside and out. The neighborhood is a gated community that is well maintained. We felt very safe. The house was just as described. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the lower bunk bed mattress which was thin and you could feel the springs. The appliances were newer and worked perfectly. The location is great just minutes from I-95, Wickem Road, and 192. It was an easy drive to the beaches or up to Port Canaveral, or the Cape. Loved having 2 full baths.
