"Room was clean. Everything worked the properly. Staff was excelent, all very helpful. Close to shopping and resturants. "

"The breakfast was very small had very little options. Many of the front desk staff were very rude and mean and had no idea what they were doing, there were ants in the room. It was a pretty bad section of town. Overall I was very disappointed especially for the price and the fact that it was a Marriott. Up until now I had always had a very good experience with Marriott this was definitely a disappointment."

"I love this hotel. It's brand new. The property is very nice-clean and stylish. The (gorgeous) staff is so sweet. They took amazing care of me. My room was very nice-clean, conteporary and with a nice view. I also really liked the iced coffee and sandwhich Jamilah made me in the breakfast/lunch cafe! I would definitely stay again if I return to D.C."

"Very clean premises, both the lobby area and my room. They did not offer continental breakfast which was disappointing but they did offer free coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the lobby was not working when I needed it the most - in the morning. They have an attached restaurant but it was Indian food, which I do not eat. There was a McDonald's and Red Lobster in walking distance to the hotel. I was awakened many times throughout the night by freight trains zooming by the hotel. ...

"Front-desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Loved the amenities available in case you've forgotten something. The hotel is a great efficient and inexpensive option for business travel. Breakfast buffet is an excellent deal for the money as well. All of my basic needs were thoughtfully met. Francisca at the bar was lovely, too!"

"I picked up the shuttle at DCA and five minutes later I was at the hotel. Five minutes after that, I was checked in and in my room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. This is a great location if you need to do business in Arlington or DC. Great proximity to the airport. "

"I was under the impression that a continental breakfast was included as is the standard for this area. At check in a breakfast inviation was made advising us of the hour and procedure to pay at the front desk to get a ticket to use. I had to inquire on the cost and was told $10.99. I would have preferred to have the cost inccluded in the hotel nightly amount. Typically I might grab a few pieces of fruit and some toast and be on my way and that would not justify a $10.99 expense. However,...

"My room was clean and I paid a little extra for a larger suite. It was worth it. Staff friendly but not very accommodating. I asked if my friend could get a room on the same floor as me at first I was told no but then another agent assisted with getting it done. My friend asked a few times about late check out and was told to check back the next morning. You can pay $50 to stay until 2pm. The bar restaurant is nice. The bagel shop across the courtyard is good."
