"The location as it related to my trip couldn’t have been any better. The apartment was super-clean and spacious. I admire the detail on the stairway leading up to the apartment (it’s the little things👍). I will most definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Aaaaaaand that was one, humongous TV screen! "I will start with the positive; Great Location, safe, clean, ample space, very nice owners. Unfortunately this young couple doesn’t seem to have done this before. Bed size was not listed & it was our own fault for not asking. The double bed was not what we’d expected, the sheets were pilled & bed really not made top sheet & comforter just on top of the bed. "The location is convenient and right at the center of downtown Hartford, walking distance to art museum, science museum and other major attractions. Check-in was easy. The building was a little bit sketchy (smells marijuana in the elevator ) and with many air b&b units from other private owners. "Rented this unit for a nearby family gathering. The listing was completely accurate. The view from the little deck is beautiful. It's just a 2-3 minute walk from a couple of restaurants and bars, and the path along the river is right across the street. Everything in the apartment is modern and clean. Carol was a great host and very attentive to our questions."

"This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints."

"Overall I was OK. Wouldn’t stay there again. Had to chase to get the address of the location. Finally called VRBO and they got it for me mid morning. There were sheets from the previous person on the desk. No pillow cases on one of the beds, wet towels on back of bathroom door. The lawn was a foot tall with lots of weeds. Feel sorry for the neighbors. Furniture was beat."
