"There was no bar inroom. No complementary bottles of water. The system was down then we arrived. The staff did supply free drinks from the bar and were very accommodating. The entire place is understaffed. One ply bathroom tissue. No USB plugs in the room for phone charging. Sparse amenities. Rooftop bar is nice but also understaffed. Valet understaffed. "

"Not the greatest neighborhood, I would not be walking around after dark. But it's very convenient to Univ. of Cincinnati and all of the amenities that surround a college campus. The room was great. Clean, well-appointed, with all of the usual amenities. The property seems quite new, so the fixtures were modern and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast selection was modest, but more than sufficient. There was a different main meal each day of the stay,...
