"We had a blast while staying here. Except the craziest mosquitoes, which has nothing to do with the place/host. I loved the newly remodeled house. The bathroom need a towel hanger, though. And for the readers information, note that there is no internet/wifi connection available. The host made it clear on the list but I didn’t take notice. You will have to use your data/hot spot to use internet or TV. Overall, it was a fun stay. We had fishing for three days and got couple of fish and crabs....

"Our family spent the majority of Spring Break here this week (3 nights). We had an excellent time enjoying the pool, cooking out on the patio with the grill and caught around two dozen small sheepshead (No keepers, but they were some biters & fighters!!!). The house fit our family of six comfortably and the wi-fi was fast enough that the teens could play their video games in the evenings. The home was also pretty well stocked, however there was a dollar general about a mile from the house and...

"We booked this home for a few days around a family wedding. It served as a girls weekend getaway but also housed my family and kids after the wedding. The house is beyond precious! Perfect for our group of 6. The host was sooooo pleasant and accommodating. I would love to stay in this property again someday!"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to Brazos Bend State was a major plus. It was nice to spend the day at the park and then head “home” to build our campfire, cook dinner, and make S’mores. The cabin, covered porch, deck, and fire pit made the place feel rustic, yet clean and convenient. Just curious, does anyone ever use the toddler beds that take over the 2nd bedroom. Seems to me a twin bed in the room might be better."

"The home doesn’t look as big as the pictures when you pull up in the driveway but when you walk in it’s as if you stepped inside Mary Poppins purse! The house is spacious and nice. Mitch is very responsive and gets back ASAP. Would stay here again!"
