The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was well-stocked with glassware, dishes, etc. and enjoyed the pool/spa. Only nitpick was the thinness of the walls (the next door neighbor guests were extremely loud at 4-6 AM every day) and it was hard to adjust the hot water in the shower. The room came with a Roku tv with several streaming apps available to sign into. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The only issues we had was the parking garage was somewhat difficult to find because the sign listing Placemakr is only on one side of the sign. The way we turned in, you couldn’t see it until you had passed it. Jordan in particular offered to grab the roses I purchased from Whole Foods to allow for the room to be decorated! "My stay was ok. I sent a message asking for a room with a decent view and possibly something special as it was a birthday surprise. Neither of those things were accommodated. The cleaning service did not clean the room before or during my 2 day stay there. There was only 1 face cloth in the room. ..."
