"I booked the room for a two day stay with my elderly parents. The morning we were to check out my dad had a medical emergency. Staff helped me navigate extending our stay on a day to day basis, providing equipment we needed, offered comfort and compassion. Every communication and request was cheerfully handled. Breakfast was varied each day. Room was clean. They truly made a massive difference in what was a very difficult time for us. Thank you soo much. I would definitely stay here again."

"Do not expect this hotel to honor an early check-in, even by an hour or two. I arrived after 2:30 PM for a 4:00 PM check-in. Even though my room was fully ready, they still charged an early check-in fee, citing "hotel policy." As someone who travels constantly for both business and leisure, I have never experienced a hotel charging a fee for a ready room so close to check-in time. Save yourself the hassle (and money) and plan accordingly."
