"Apparthotel in the center of Leuven, seemingly in a building converted from offices. Stay was good, quiet (despite some reviews saying the contrary), and above all excellent location. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful (but note: there is no 24/7 reception, only afternoon/evening). Rooms could use a bit of a refresh, they felt slightly tired and soulless, and the lighting was quite dim without being stylish. The art may be a question of taste. These were cosmetic rather than...

"Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep.
One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay.
Overall, a warm welcome and very good value for the money in that area.

"El apartamento estuvo impecable, Ewa Waszek estuvo siempre estuvo bien pendiente para lo que se preguntaba contestando muy rapido. La limpieza del lugar impecable con olor a limpio, el apartamento elegante y la habitacion comoda. El tren esta como a 5min del tren, hay supermarket como a 3min y lugares de comida. En fin lo recomiendo al maximo."

"Please do not even think about staying at this property. The photos you see are not realistic of the situation encountered. Mold, door to the shared balcony does not close properly. Dirty, old. Was present at the property for 40 minutes because of the unsafe and unhealthy conditions. When we requested a refund it was denied.
Again, do NOT book this property!!!"
