"Our room at The Intrepid was great. It is in an excellent location in downtown Duluth. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The staff were quick to reply to any questions I had. Check in and out were very easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Despite being downtown, it was very quiet."

"Slow check-in. Had to wait half an hour to have a room prepared. Breakfast did not have a waffle maker. I thought the website said it would. Trash can was full when we arrived at our room. All of the staff were polite and helpful despite the busier than normal traffic on a Sunday."

"This property is very beautiful. We loved everything about it, and despite it being pretty busy, it was quiet and peaceful. Our only issue is that we had a lot of luggage for a very long trip across multiple states and there wasn't a whole lot of luggage storage in our room. Breakfast at the property in the morning was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the living room and on the huge porch to read and enjoy the sunshine.
