Stableford House is a stunning Blue Mountains escape overlooking the 18th fairway of Wentworth Falls Golf Course. Set on 1,400 sqm of landscaped gardens, this designer home combines elegance, comfort, and spectacular mountain vistas. Perfect for families or groups, the house features four spacious bedrooms, three marble bathrooms, and multiple living areas designed for both relaxation and entertainment.

Built in Australian Colonial style, Stableford offers high ceilings, ornate cornices, polished bluestone tiles, and plush carpeted areas. The double-sided Jet Master log fire adds warmth and ambiance, while ducted central heating keeps the home cosy year-round. The gourmet kitchen, with smart Smeg appliances and coffee machine, is ideal for cooking for large groups.

Step outside to the covered terrace and enjoy views of the golf course, or relax in the newly added 7-person outdoor spa. Entertainment options include free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a pool table, ensuring fun for all ages. The elegant dining area accommodates group meals while the serene surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway or celebratory gathering.

Great location, wonderful house

Is a lovely, clean, modern house. We had stayed before and would stay again. We did notice that it could do with some TLC - but would happily stay again.

Beautiful property

Blue Mountains Accomodation

We really enjoyed our two day stay at the Stableford house. It was everything we were expecting and more. The property is well appointed, clean and designed. From the outside jacuzzi to the pool room to extra large kitchen and family room, large bedrooms with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. A perfect house for our group of 7. We definitely plan to stay there again.

Family weekend

We were a family group of 8 adults. The house worked well space wise having 3 toilets was good too. The pool table was great,enjoyed by the guys especially! Despite the rainy weather we enjoyed ourselves and managed a few short walks.

Fantastic Property!

The house was fantastic. We had a couple of nights away with girlfriends and had a fabulous time. The house was well maintained and everything that we could have wanted was provided. Having a gas heater and air con was great. The pool table was so much fun too. Beautiful quiet location but was only a stones throw away to amenities and shops.
