Mountain retreat located in the heart of the PA Grand Canyon, on 35 private acres, that run behind the property, with a stocked Marsh Creek attached to State Game Land. Perfect for hiking, hunting, fishing and riding. Rails to Trails bike path directly across the street that runs through the beautiful PA Grand Canyon. All designated roads are ATV, snowmobile and horse friendly. Bicycles available on site or bring your own. Kitchen includes most amenities including a Keurig coffee maker and air fryer; no dishwasher. Large, roomy living room with DVD player and Nintendo Wii for added convenience. Full size bathroom includes laundry facilities. Large master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom includes twin size bunk bed. Property includes horse barn and large garage. Located near two ski resorts: Denton Hill and Saw Mill. There is WiFi available; password near tv, but no cable/satellite service. Ten minute drive to Leonard Harrison/Colton Point State Parks. Enjoy this 1,000 sq. ft. home located in the beautiful mountains of Wellsboro. Pets welcome, with pet fee. Large driveway for extra parking. Non-smoking. Soda machine on site. Contactless check in/check out; and the property is sanitized and cleaned after every guest. Across from the Pine Creek Rails to Trails, beautiful walk/bike path.

Check in was easy, kitchen facilities were all we needed, Wi-Fi access was easy, and it was easily accessible from the main road. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable especially the Futon and Master bed. Air conditioning was a wonderful luxury especially after being in the hot sun all day. Washer and Dryer were a great amenity after being away for a week. Easy access to near by Leonard Harrison State Park and Rails to Trails, as well as Wellsboro.

We LOVED the hiking trails, stocked creek for fishing, and bike rail trail. This was such a beautiful location and we truly had the best time at your property...it is a pet friendly home and we were considering bringing our dog, but he gets carsick and we were worried this would be too much travel for him...knowing that, I will say that the home is pet used regularly and there was a lot of pet staining on the floor. Also, the cabin itself was not in the cleanest condition compared to other places we have stayed...fridge had dead nats inside it, windows had black looking mold/mildew in the framing (it was beautiful weather, so we opened the windows-possibly they haven't been opened for a while because of the humid summer, so this isn't necessarily a big thing...I am sure my windows have similiar dirt at home) The master bed was very comfy and slept very well....sheets and all bedding was very clean and fresh. The bunk bed mattresses-especially the top mattress- was very thin and uncomfortable. We are used to camping in cabins with less available and less clean than this, but just something to keep in mind when booking this location. We truly loved it and didn't mind these small things....we explored the bear trail on site and it was soooo nice! The owners went to great lengths to make this a beautiful retreat to hike at on their property. It was freshly mowed and well kept up. We were here for our 25th wedding anniversary and had an absolutely wonderful time!

Nice place

We had a good time in Wellsboro. The house was nice, the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was with the amount of noise from traffic on the road and one night people were on the back of the property racing around. Which we realize the owner can't control that. We had room to park our boat too. Everything else was good. Would recommend this rental to others.

We were under the impression that 35 acres would be part of the 550 dollar fee for 2 nights. The grass was so high we couldn’t even get our corgi to walk through it. The nicest part of this property is that the bike trail was close by. We had a great ride on the Pine Creek rail trail. However when we got back to our cabin the Tioga Sheriffs department had the neighbors house surrounded and caution tape wrapped around the property. The police were there for hours. The occupants were obviously in trouble for something serious. Needless to say We didn’t sleep very well.

Amazing like always!

Had a wonderful trip here! The location of the cabin is great, the property is great. We saw beaver, deer, rabbits, bald eagles, red and gray squirrels and on a scenic ride we took nearby we saw a black bear. It rained a few days of our stay so we were able to enjoy games inside. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is nicely stocked and for a longer stay there is a in unit washer and dryer available. It was our 4th time staying in this cabin and definitely will not be our last. Thank you so much for another amazing stay!
