This is a truly beautiful house that's so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. It was very clean, which is hugely important to us. The neighborhood is adorable and very nice.There are two king beds, four twin bunk beds (all in the same room), and two individual rooms with queen/full beds. The master suite also has a pull out couch in addition to the king bed. I'm mentioning this because I feel like the listing photos don't show all the rooms. My only negative regarding our experience was that the booking fees were all completed in CAD versus USD which ended up being more of a complication than expected, especially when my group had to split the costs 8 ways. I believe some of this is the fault of VRBO for not having an option to convert all sums to USD. The host, Richard, was very responsive and answered all my questions.

The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation. We were able to go to the beach with the beautiful late Sept weather! We were going to a wedding, and there was plenty of room for 7 adults to get ready. We would like to rent this house again in the future.

If you are looking for a great place for a group, this is it! Beautiful home, very clean and well maintained! Location is wonderful! Quiet neighborhood, just across the street from the beach w beach access very close. The owner is very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this for a vacation!

ANTS all over the master bedroom and bathroom, (will not allow me to post a video). Couldn’t sleep in there on our one night stay! Paid over 1000 for 1 night and they offered us a measly 260 credit! carpet stains, cob webs everywhere, moldy furniture on decks, clogged toilet, clogged drain and the list goes on and we only spent 1 night!! Host takes a day to reply back to any messages Look elsewhere!

Sad to Leave!

We loved our stay here.. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The location of the house was perfect. We loved the view of the ocean. The house was exactly as described/shown in the pictures. Since we fly into Maine, we especially appreciate that bed linens/beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella are provided. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was beautiful and all of the rooms were perfect. The main living area is upstairs and is gated to avoid having our little kids running down stairs. Owner was more than happy to accommodate us and took great care of us during our stay.

Wonderful Getaway in Wells Beach!

My family has been vacationing in Wells for over 40 years. Now that we’ve added a crew of grandchildren, it has been a better fit to rent a house for us all to maximize our time together and ensure accomodations fit our needs.This home offered both the size, layout, and location that we were looking for. With plenty of beds, bathrooms, and kitchen supplies, we were very pleased. The addition of beach toys and chairs was much appreciated, too!A few recommendations would be a cleaning of the second floor balcony. The chairs and picnic table were covered in dirt/layer of black mold due to the dampness. We also were unable to open the dining room (deck) door and some windows because no screens were installed.Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and hope to stay again someday!
