  • Charm abounds at this quintessentially coastal Wells home! From the moment you walk inside, you'll fall in love with the nautical decorations and updated layout. When you aren't catching up on your favorite show via the living room's smart TV, prepare something delicious amidst the kitchen's gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances.

    Walking through the rest of the home, you will discover comfortable sleeping quarters, a private washer/dryer, a cozy loft, and even a private office space. With space heaters and internet access - all of your daily needs are attended to.

    Within 15 miles of The Lobster Claw visit Wells Reserve at Laudholm, Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, Wonder Mountain Fun Park, the Ogunquit Beach Lobster House, and Links at Outlook Golf Course.

    Things to Know
    Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
    Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
    This home is heated with an oil furnace for the first floor, the second floor has two space heaters if additional heat is needed.

The home is in such a terrific location, close to a lot of things to do, but on a quiet street. It was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely vacation there again!

The house was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook any meal you can think of. The house accommodated my family of 6 with no problem. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Mother's Day Rental

I rented this place for my mother, and it's her second time staying here. It's situated in a peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors and is conveniently located just a mile or two from the beach. Additionally, it's close to all necessary amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and more.

Convenient Wells Location

The property was clean and fairly well-equipped. There is not a dish washer or a hair dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking a dog. The location is convenient. What disappointed us was the lack of a local property manager. We had issues: no electricity in two rooms and a microwave that wasn’t working. When we try to contact the number provided, all we had was AI - none of our issues were resolved. A local human property manager could have assisted us.

The home was clean and provided everything that was needed to cook nice meal. It was quiet but close to shopping areas and grocery stores. I would highly recommend this home for your family and friends. It was pet friendly and very affordable and easy to find. Thank you.
