This is a beautiful home with gorgeous views of the marsh and sunsets. It is a short walk to the beach and was a wonderful place to stay. The owner is very responsive to questions.

Très beau séjour familial à Wells. La maison a toutes les commodités. Le seul bémol est que le ménage n’était pas encore fait à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire s’en est occupé rapidement.

Vacances familiales

Nous avons vécu un magnifique séjour avec 12 membres de notre famille (4 Grands-parents et les familles de nos deux enfants et leurs conjointes et nos 4 petits-enfants de 5 à 10 ans.)Nous avons grandement apprécié l’environnement de la maison malgré des rénovations majeures dont on nous avait informé.C’était très propre et bien aménagé et beaucoup d’espace pour manger tous ensemble et aussi par moment se retrouver seul ou par petit groupe.Beaucoup de facilités dans la maison. Le spa a été très agréable.C’est donc un endroit que nous recommandons fortement.

Gal pals yearly weekend

With the youngest being 60 and the oldest 81 we were happy to have the living area on the bottom floor. The only concern we had was that neither the porches nor the deck where the trash barrels are were shoveled which made things a little precarious. But that did not diminish the pleasurable weekend we had. So many bedrooms allowed most of us to have our own room! There was a bottle of bubbly waiting as a Welcome. All in all, it was a delightful weekend!

Thanksgiving and family wedding

This house more than accommodated our family of 13 for Thanksgiving and an intimate wedding. The table was big enough to sit everyone for dinner and games. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and had a real coffee maker. The beach was a short walk and the area is really nice. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay.

Tout était parfait !!!

Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons adoré la maison, très propre et très confortable. Un séjour de rêve dans un endroit de rêve. Très bel endroit pour créer de beaux souvenirs. On revient !!!

A house built for a family vacation

With 7 bedrooms, 2.5 bath rooms, a full kitchen and large dinning and living area, plus quick access to Moody beach, this home was perfect for our multi-generation family of 6 adults and 4 young children. We plan to stay again.

misleading

they say its 5 minute walk to the beach and it is but they dont say that all of moody beach is private ! no one is allowed on the beach except those who own Prop. on water front,, the house was not as clean as it should , no tables out side furniture for eating, towels to small, cabinets had so much grease on them. plenty of bed rooms and bath rooms. would not stay there again!!!

The Best Vacation

One of the best beach vacations we have had. The house was large enough to fit everyone comfortably- 8 adults 6 children ages 3-12. Proximity and daily walk to beach was easy, especially with the beach wagons provided. Plenty of extra towels and kitchen items. Many trash bins and easy private pick up of the trash accumulated from a large group. Highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

You wont want to leave

7 days was not enough. Our family had such a memorable trip. The house met all our vacationing and hosting needs. Small matter that needed attention when we checked in that Richard contacted me immediately to resolve. Quiet, homey neighborhood with gorgeous views of the salt marsh. We spent most of our time down the street at Worth Beach (Ogonquit) and it was so convenient. Thanks again for the memories!
