A brand new coastal retreat just a block from Mayo Beach in Wellfleet. This stunning 3 bedroom home offers modern comfort with views of Wellfleet Harbor. Start your day with a refreshing outdoor shower, then enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the deck overlooking the serene waters.

You're just a short stroll from the beach, local dining, and charming shops. Ideal for families or a romantic getaway, this home provides the perfect blend of luxury and convenience for your Cape Cod escape.

There is a king in one bedroom, a queen in another, and double bunk beds in the third bedroom. We also have 2 couches, each pull out to a queen bed.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Indoor Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.

During the last two weeks of June through the first week of September, check-ins need to occur on a Saturday.

This house is amazing! Has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped - if you’re inclined to cook. A very comfortable getaway! Short walk to Mayo beach and the downtown area. Quaint shops and plenty of restaurants close by. Although the small market in town is cute and good in an emergency, I recommend a trip to Stop & Shop for the bulk of your groceries before arriving. The owner provided a binder of tips, recommendations and house rules that was extremely useful. In addition to communicating with us before and during our stay. The house is in a tranquil area. Wish we had stayed longer!

Perfect

The house is perfect. It's brand new with a beautiful view of the bay. Check in and ongoing communications was excellent. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything you need for cooking and for beach adventures. Grab it if you can... except for the weeks we're planning to be back.

Great experience. Beautiful home in a location within a 3 minute walk to the beach. Owner was responsive and kept us informed on any issues that arose. When we lost power briefly due to a storm, the Tim immediately jumped in and contacted the local utility company and the issue was resolved within a few hours.

Family Cape Vacation

I don’t often leave reviews but wanted to make sure I did for this amazing property. We were in the Cape for a family wedding and stayed here for 4 nights. The home was in the perfect location for us. We were about 20 min from Providence Town and about hour from Plymouth. It was a very easy 2 hour drive from Boston. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. It was stocked with plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, linens, etc. the kitchen was also very well stocked with cookware, plates cups etc. Tim the property manager was wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Awesome

There is nothing wrong with the house, it is brand new! We hit the beaches every day and the beach chairs, towels and umbrella at the house were high end and much appreciated! We had such a great time in Wellfleet, Tim was an awesome host. We were sad leaving the house, truly a wonderful, quiet oasis and we would not hesitate to stay there again! Thank you very much!

Great Stay!

We stayed at 43 Hiller Ave, Wellfleet, MA for a week. Traveling with my son’s family with 4 grandchildren (ages 8, 5, 3, & 1). It was a newly built, nicely decorated & furnished, very well stocked kitchen, and the design of the house was perfect for us. Everything was brand new! Our host Tim was great for with any questions he responded very quickly! Location was great too. If we decide to go back to Wellfleet, would not hesitate to stay here again!
