"Sue Cobb was delightful and very accommodating. The best hostess of any! The huge back porch was very peaceful and pleasant to sit and have morning coffee. We cooked out one evening and ate at the table on the porch. Sue had extra snacks for us and was available for any needs we had. We diffidently will stay again."

"Great property and great host with A communication. Highly recommended. I booked the property for an annual car-guys trip and it was perfect for us. Plenty of parking for all our cars, and great driving roads in the area. A nice long winding drive up to the house is a nice greet when entering, the house is nice and conducive to gathering. Big porch with plenty of seating and nice views. We really enjoyed the pool which is resort-sized, clean and well maintained. Hosts were very friendly...

"We had a great time staying here. We shopped during the day in Round Top, and returned to Brenham to eat dinner downtown, and then play games and hang out at the house. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed in this quaint farmhouse mainly because it was pet friendly and close to Round Top where we we’re meeting family for lunch. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the country lifestyle and peace and quiet. The outside cats were very friendly (our kids and small dog got along fine with them). Our host Natalie was very nice and communicative. Check-in and check-out was super easy."

"We hosted a family reunion and this was an amazing place. I’ve hosted serval family destination gatherings using VRBO over the years, and these host have put all my other experiences to shame. Very tentative, they had custom stickers and a sign for our family reunion, as well as games mapped out WITH PRIZES!! Upon arrival there was a place I thought would be good for the kids to play but the grass was a little high, I messaged the host and they sent someone out to mow it all. I really can’t brag...
