Book with us for a truly exclusive experience: we only accept one group at a time. There are no other guests. All facilities are for your group only. The large swimming pool is clean, the water clear and for your exclusive use. No need to reserve the tennis court: the tennis court is available for you at all times. Same goes for the pool table, table tennis, picnic pond, playground, elaborate guest gardens, private sun decks, barbecue and course that also goes for the large living room, kitchens and dining hall. Your group is truly private and safe behind the gates of this exclusive fenced estate.

We welcome parties!
We welcome company events, family gatherings, bachelor parties, reunions, team building groups, weddings with photo ops right in our beautiful gardens, etcetera. We are happy to work with you to create the event you have in mind. Please plan well in advance with us and give us the specifics of your event to make sure your event pans out exactly as you have in mind.

- We have a dedicated large party attic with a 65-inch B&O screen TV and top of the line B&O 5-speaker sound system. 140 watts per speaker and 280 watts subwoofer!

- Pool parties are fine too: play your own music through our Sonos sound system. A separate side room offer a place to mix your drinks. We provide strong plastic glasses for use safely in the pool area

- The high quality spacious horse stables with forecourt together with the beautifully laid out gardens and the 6000 square meters playground offer yet more party opportunities. You might, in advance with us, invite day guests in addition to the guests staying overnight. Think garden parties, bonfires, open air drinks, receptions and whatever event you plan. In case the weather turns against you, we move into the very clean horse stables and under the terrace in front of the indoor pool or in the pool itself.

- Conditions apply. The main conditions: Partying only in the party attic or the pool. No outside musical instruments or electronics such as speakers as you may disturb the quiet parts of the villa or blow the fuses! Conditions may change without prior notice when required.

NEW: In addition to the 5 air-conditioned rooms we offer, we just bought 10 excellent fans so every room and even the terrace can be fanned in case of extreme heat.

Location
The Villa is located on the shore of the Iron Man Lake in Weert and at the entrance of the Kempen-Broek National Park. Lots of nature, hiking, biking, and quad riding possibilities and lots of entertainment for adults and kids right on the lake where we are, while the center of our historical town Weert with its shopping, Saturday Market, and a multitude of restaurants, pubs and bars is just 3 kilometers away.

We are 30 minutes from Eindhoven airport, 40 minutes from Maastricht airport, Dusseldorf (Germany) airport and Liege / Liege (Belgium) are about an hour and 75 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

Recreation area The Iron Man - 100m from the villa. This recreation area is directly in front of Villa Kempen pants. Here you can go hiking, horse riding, cycling or mountain biking through the beautiful nature.

Muntpassage Weert - 2.7km from the Villa. The Muntpassage is an indoor shopping center with over 50 shops, such as clothing stores, supermarkets, and a liquor store

Munttheater Weert - 2.8km from the Villa. They say it’s the nicest theater you'll find in Limburg. It's a combination of a warm domestic atmosphere and varied programming or professional and regional performances.

Crossmoor - 4.8km from the Villa. As a golf player you are more than welcome! You can have their 9 or 18 hole Champion Course or their 9 hole Par 3 course. After golf you can enjoy a great meal or drink at their club restaurant.

Van Horne Hoeve - 2.7km from the Villa. Fun for young and old! Van Horne Hoeve has a unique combination of a cozy restaurant, a great biological food and a large terrace with an adjacent large nice playground and an old-fashioned fun petting zoo where children can pet and cuddle their animals.

Ehrens Stables - 900m from the Villa. Is anyone interested in seeing how Olympian horseback riders are trained?

Black Wheels Events - 2.6km from the Villa. At Black Wheels you can choose from 50 different team building and outdoor activities, including anti-slip courses, 4x4 off-road driving and outdoor karting.

Horsestables The Iron Man - 50m from the Villa. Right across the entrance gate of the villa there is a unique location with events, food, and drinks and all of that while being able to enjoy the indoor view of horses being trained on location. The walk from the villa is less than 2 minutes!

Designer Outlet Roermond - 25.2km from the Villa. The Designer Outlet Roermond is an Outlet Center of the British company McArthurGlen and offers 200 international designer brands. The center is located on the edge of the Roermond city center.

With us in Weert - Come to Weert and have your day filled with lots of activities which are planned professionally by VVV Weert. Arrangements vary from touristic activities to workshops.

Shooting range the Wildenberg - 7.8km from the Villa. They offer company outings, bachelor parties, family fun or activities for a group of friends. They offer combinations of clay pigeon shooting and shooting with a small caliber. For the recreational shooter, sport shooter, or hunter, there are also extensive possibilities at their shooting range.
