"This was supposed to be a non-smoker room but it wasn't. It smelled of stale cigarettes masked by room freshener"

"Room was clean, but smelled very strongly of bleach. Had to have window open. Water didn’t get very warm. And bed was uncomfortable and only had nightstand on one side. The side without only had a few inches to get out of bed."
