"I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return."

"When we first arrived and we checked in, I had to use a credit card to pay, even though I produced a receipt showing that I paid already through Expedia’s app. The next morning I went down to talk to The front desk and they told me that Expedia didn’t pay them and they were charging me again. I finally got that squared away with Expedia. Hopefully I will check my credit card today to make sure I’ve been refunded. As far as the room goes, it was OK. The maid service was horrible. "Kitchen was good! Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Didnt have much options for using the tv couldnt use apps to log into unfortunately, but not the biggest deal."

"This hotel was in a convenient place for where we needed to be. It was sufficient for our needs, but not spectacular. The treadmill was broken. Breakfast was pretty good, but the sausage was not warm on either morning of our stay. The bed was comfortable."
