"とにかく立地重視の方にはおすすめです。 コヴェントガーデンに近いため夜遅くても明るくて治安も良さそうでした。ホテル自体は至って普通のサービスで、日本人の感覚からしたら四つ星感は少ないと思います。トイレットペーパーの補充がなくて、自分でフロントまで取りに行ったりしました。でも、イギリスなのでこんなものかも。日本はビジネスホテルでも至れり尽くせりですから。もし、日本のホテルに高いサービスを求めるなら、規模の小さいホテルの方がいいです。昨年、利用したパディントンの四つ星ホテルの方がアメニティやフロントの方の対応も良かったです。"

"where do I begin. first, don't bother calling the property directly. you'll get into voice tree hell that had circular logic and eventually hangs up on you. if you do get a dial tone, no one picks it up anyway, so dont' bother. convenience to the airport is what you're paying for, but dont' expect ..."
