"We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. Clean, comfortable and welll equipped. The pickle ball court was a great addition. Our only issue was customer service regarding WiFi access. After several calls and texts it took three days for someone to finally come out from local VaCasa office and show us that we needed to click on an invisible button on the log-in page on our iPhones. That could have been explained with a phone call on the first day. I recommend they add that explanation for...

"Home is a nice, located in a good location. The deck needs to be redone as it’s in poor condition. The steps to the water access are the same. Skylights show signs of leaking water and the master bedroom shows signs of mildew/mold around the floor vent and door leading to the balcony. Ping pong table in the listing was missing a paddle, tv in the master bedroom didn’t work, spare bedroom didn’t have curtains over the window, holes in the wall from previous curtain rod holder. "My family and I were attending a wedding in St Joseph’s and Ethan’s home was a perfect spot to stay. The pictures of the home are accurate, the beds comfy, we didn’t do any cooking but everything was there for that if needed. Ethan was easily reachable when my mother in law was having trouble with the code and she got in within minutes of me reaching Ethan. We enjoyed our two night stay immensely and would stay here again. Thank you Nathan for everything! Greg!"
