"Effective accommodations and host was very responsive. Unfortunately I was there during the heat wave. The fan helped but the unit would benefit from window screens and fans. Otherwise it fit my needs."

"The property was in a fantastic location, with excellent views. The pair of little grebes on the pond were a joy to watch. The property was within easy reach of the town centre, which has much to offer. The property was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa was not comfortable if you have the slightest back issue (style over function), but we didn't spend that much time on it. We enjoyed the balcony, and peace and quiet of the location. We will be back!"

"The property is as listed on the site. However the parking details are vague to say the least. "We stayed in this accommodation for a few days by the beach and it was perfect. It look exactly as described, everything was clean and had great facilities. It is close to the beach and to the city centre. Host was also easy to communicate with, with speedy replies. Self check in was effective and easy. Would definitely recommend"

A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away."
