"Everything about this property is excellent. The house is amazing, situated on a hill overlooking 400 acres of land. When we arrived, a magnificent rainbow dominated the sky seemingly to welcome us --- we thanked out host for organizing this!!! Our visit was a family reunion for 8 people, 7 of whom stayed in the house and an eighth nearby where she lives. "We enjoyed our stay at the Little House on Ferry very much! Mary checked in with us shortly after we arrived to see if everything was ok & again during our stay. The location is very quiet, we loved the walk- in shower, the bed was great, and the living room was comfortable & relaxing. Everything was very clean & it was a great place for us to have some quiet after spending busy days at our son's house."

"This little oasis was exactly what I was needing for a work trip into Albany. The check in process was very simple, the set up was so cute - including a little feeding station for my pup who came with me, well stocked and well situated in the area. I've already told multiple people if they ever need a rental while in the area that I would share the info for this one. Only negative would be the heater was a little difficult to navigate the first night (equal parts user error)."
