"We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. The room is very clean, modern and roomy. The washroom, shower was beautiful. We arrived in a downpour. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline)

"The experience was mixed as we had problems with check-in. The staff was not immediately present at reception (we were obviously the only guests in the hotel). After we were given a room, the bed sheets were not clean so the room had to be changed. Otherwise the room including bathroom was clean though. We were given a better (newer) small bungalow, which was fine but the whole hassle with check-in spoiled our impression. There is no minibar in the room, only two bottles of water were provided...
