  • Make your home away from home in this 828 sq. ft. 1 bed/1 bath apartment that is full of space, light and amenities. Our Garden Apartment recently received a COMPLETE REMODEL and is only steps away from Lincoln Park & 12 blocks from the U.S. Capitol! The apartment has brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, fireplace, updated bathroom, walk-in-closet, along with an office for those working remotely. Other highlights include a private front porch, central air/heat & a washer/dryer. Guests are welcome to have more than 4 people stay in the apartment, if they’d like. For instance, we’ve had parents with three small children fit comfortably in our apartment when the kiddos stay on the pull out couch, along with our additional queen sized air mattress!

    Our Capitol Hill neighborhood is as walkable as it gets! Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more are just a short stroll from our apartment. Parking and metro access are a breeze, as well.

    Ample street parking is available on our street (parking pass included) and multiple Metro Stations are also about a 10 or 15 min walk away too.

Wonderfully done place that is in a good and safe area of DC. Need public transit or uber to get around, but we expected that and had a car. Nice extras on site and comfortable. Washer and dryer were a great benefit for our long stay! Thank You!

This basement apartment is cute and recently updated. It’s a great location half a block from Lincoln Park on Capitol Hill. The fold out couch isn’t super comfortable as a bed but other than that it was great! Awesome AC on a hot day and washer dryer worked great. Would return!

Everything was very clean and modern. Thoughtful extras were provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood was pleasant and parking was not a problem. Nearby market had lots of vendors on weekend mornings. Back patio made a nice place to eat dinner on a late spring evening.

We had such a wonderful stay in Washington, DC! The space itself was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. We stayed on the basement level, and it was spotless, quiet, and felt very private and peaceful.Everything we needed was provided and more—brand new washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a lovely coffee bar, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. There was also a dedicated workspace, which made it easy to stay organized during our trip.One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space. The backyard and porch were beautiful and serene—perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city.Overall, we felt very safe, comfortable, and truly at ease during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location for visiting the museums, etc. The apartment is in a lovely historic neighborhood with a Trader Joe’s close by and many fun little neighborhood restaurants. The apartment is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Loved the A/C on these hot summer days, a definite bonus.

Amazing Location

Our stay was amazing! the location was walking distant to everywhere we wanted to visit. The place was very nice, clean and roomie. If we get the opportunity to visit DC again this is where we would want to stay!

Everything we needed!

The property had everything we needed for our stay in the DC area. We enjoyed being able to return after a long day of walking to relax in an immaculately clean space! The property was a quick Uber to most of Washington's attractions and walking distance to some as well. I highly recommend a stay!

We loved our time staying at Robby and Stefanie’s place. Clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet. It had everything we needed for the meals we made and ate. We felt very relaxed and comfortable here. Robby and Stefanie were very responsive and friendly every time we messaged them.We were able to walk to the Eastern Market metro coming and going to the airport. Also Trader Joe’s was an easy 10-15 min walk for a grocery run. We took advantage of the capital bikeshare at Lincoln Park for some of our sightseeing outings. And it was a convenient walk to the US Capitol. We visited Capitol Hill Baptist Church on Sunday. The more we were there, the more we realized that locals enjoy the nearby Lincoln Park. We hope to return here in the future!

We absolutely loved this property and will be back again! This property is so well appointed and had everything we needed and more! Clean, updated, excellent location. Near all of the Capitol Hill sites as well as shopping and food. There was even a lovely farmers market a couple of clocks away. A

A Perfect Neighborhood

The location was the best to walk to the "Hill", restaurants and to walk the neighborhood to see the architecture of the row homes, meet the neighbors and to walk to Lincoln Park just down the block every evening. We felt right at home. The apartment was exactly what we needed for a wonderful get-a-way and had everything we needed to feel at home. This is a great place to stay!

Cozy Respite

Robbie and Stephanie's place was perfect for our family of four! The place was spotless and they thought of every amenity that a hotel offers and went beyond. We absolutely loved the location and neighborhood. It was easy getting to all of the sights using the Metro, Uber, and walking. Highly recommend!

This property is beautiful& very clean. We stay at many rentals & this is one of the nicest we have seen. Everything has been updated & done nicely, no cutting corners here. The location is great. Easy walk to everything, the mall, coffee shops, restaurants, the park. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to DC
