Beautiful brownstone located in DC’s fabulous Dupont Circle - great for families and busy executives alike! Stay in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in D.C., and in one of the city's most well-reviewed homes!

The Space:
Wonderful large 2 bed 2 bath home is part of a brownstone, just 0.2 mile / 3-minute walk to Dupont metro station and everything Dupont offers. Great for business travelers!

Over 1000 square feet of contemporary comfort;
-The property has been completely re-decorated with all new high end furniture (west elm, room & board etc). We can comfortably sleep 4 guests in a king sized bed, and a queen sized bed in bedroom #2.
-Brand new 4K, Ultra Hi-Def TV with all premium channels included.
-Excellent WIFI (the apartment is equipped with a BRAND new Eeero Wifi 6 - the latest technology - to deliver faster speeds, increase efficiency, and reduce network congestion. Say goodbye to dead spots and buffering, and work from home with a better signal than at the office!).
- Laptop friendly workspace for executives who need to get some work done from the space.
-Full kitchen with Dining area should you choose to eat in, although you are just steps away from some of the best restaurant choices in D.C.!

- There is parking available in a commercial garage and the entrance is right across the street on the same block. 
While we can’t guarantee parking, some guests have also had luck getting temporary permits from neighboring police stations. Guests would need to bring their trip itinerary with their full name, dates of stay, and street address of the residence. 
This is at the discretion of the police stations however, and cannot be guaranteed.

The apartment has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. Easy 24hr access via a lock box.
