Lovely, clean, spacious and well appointed apartment. Quick walk to Metro and assortment of shops and restaurants. Hosts were kind and very helpful. Wish I had had more time to spend there! Would highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic and provided quick responses whenever we had questions. The location was excellent — close to many amenities within walking distance and just a short drive to even more options.The space was very clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect size for a quick weekend getaway, and we felt right at home throughout our stay.

The place was exactly as described. Looked recently renovated. Very clean throughout with comfy bed and nice walk in Shower. It was quiet too and perfect for our overnight stay. Would highly recommend.

This place is lovely. It's super clean and in a great location. It's a 5 minute walk to Union Station. The NOMA neighborhood is upscale and quaint at the same time. The hosts are very accommodating. I was able to check in early and leave late. Parking was a breeze on the street with their parking pass. My dogs felt very at home and there's a dog park within a couple of blocks. The cookies and chocolates were a special touch.

I’d describe this rental as absolute perfection! Jesse and Justin were such great hosts. The unit was in immaculate condition— so clean and all the linens soft and fresh. I had to delay my arrival due to some unexpected circumstances and they were so thoughtful and flexible. When I arrived there were cookies displayed in a cloche on the table, cold waters in the fridge and even chocolates by the bed! I’ve never been in a cleaner rental or hotel in my life! The shower felt like I was in my own spa. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, it made it hard to leave. The location was so convenient to get groceries, nice dinners and ample areas for my dog and I to explore. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. It was a little challenging to park when I first arrived as it was around 6pm on a Friday—my fault— and I have a large Ford Explorer so that was to be expected and at no fault to the hosts. I was able to move my vehicle closer to the unit later in the evening and there was an abundance of parking in the morning. Had I traveled with a smaller vehicle, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Plus they provide a parking pass to ensure your vehicle won’t get towed. Checkout was a breeze! I loved staying here and really wish I could live here full time— Jesse, if y’all plan to rent this out long term, please let me know ;) I travel up to this area frequently and it’s been my favorite place I’ve stayed by far! I definitely plan to stay again.Thank you again, Jesse and Justin!

Great stay and the hosts made sure they left everything ready for us. The basement apartment is super comfortable and check in was extremely easy with very clear instructions. Location was great and with parking. We definitely would love to be back in our next visit to DC!

This little apartment was prefect for a few nights stay in DC. It was far enough away from the bustling city but close enough to get wherever you wanted to go. It was super clean. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. They left little chocolates by the bed and fresh chocolate chip cookies which were the best I have ever had. This is a very nice place to stay and I would highly recommend it! The only complaint I have is parking can be hassle at times, but that is of course nobody’s fault as it is a one way street with limited parking when you have so many places together. Just something to be aware of!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

This well-designed basement apartment was perfect for 3 adults (parents college student): Plenty of room, comfortable, and lots of nice little touches such as water in the fridge, coffee, tea, creamer, and even cookies and mints on the pillows. The location is wonderful, near Union Market, grocery stores, restaurants, a brewery, and the NOMA/Gallaudet Metro station. We also walked easily to the Mall. Great communication with the property manager as well, who helped us park directly out front. We would definitely stay here again.

Great DC Vacation!

My husband, dad and I stayed for four nights and had a great stay. Jesse is very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. It is in a great location! A quick drive to all the sites and close to lots of fun restaurants. The apartment itself is expertly decorated and plenty of room for three people. We enjoyed the cookies, coffees/teas, and chocolates Jesse left for us at check-in! A sweet touch! One note is that this apartment would be hard for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs up to the house and down to the apartment. Overall, great trip & would stay again!

Great location

We had a great stay. The apartment is very cozy, modern, and well stocked with everything we needed. Union market is a short walk and other neighborhood amenities including a fun park that our 6 and 11 year old enjoyed. The walk to downtown is roughly 15 minutes with many fun sights along the way! Highly recommend for a great DC experience!

Amazing Hosts

Wonderful and cozy, this cute lil downstairs space was perfect by lil weekend getaway. Within walking distance of so many options (Union Markets, Red Bear Brewing etc) but the property itself is tucked away on a side street so it stays nice and quiet at night. The hosts were AMAZING. Great communication, pro active, and was even greeted with homemade cookies at check in. Hands down a great vibe and energy to the place. Will definitely look to book here again for my next visit into DC
