WHost provide essential personal care and cooking products for your first nights, ensuring a comfortable start to your stay. Please note that bath towels are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, a brief screening process is required before check-in. This must be completed prior to your arrival. If the screening is not approved or not completed, the reservation will need to be canceled. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a secure environment for all.

The pool is open seasonally from May to September (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and is exclusively available for registered guests. Each reservation includes registration for two guests, with additional guests subject to a supplemental fee. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates seasonally in compliance with municipal regulations—heating runs from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is active from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

Parking is available for $20 per night, with one designated space per stay. If you require additional parking, alternative options are available in the surrounding area. To avoid towing, please ensure your parking permit is visibly displayed on the dashboard or rearview mirror. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle towing, or damage while parked on the property.
