  • Property located in the Historic Logan Circle, 4 Blocks from the Convention Center. This vacation rental features 3 bedrooms & 2 ½ baths. The main level has ½ bath, a cozy living room area w/queen size sleep sofa, dining area that seats 6 and up to 8,modern kitchen w/granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and outdoor patio.
    The Upper level has master bedroom w/queen size bed and en suite, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms w/full size beds and full bath. The upper level also has washer & dryer. Within walking distance to Shaw/Howard U Metro Rail, Convention Center, Downtown attractions, including the White House, Monuments, Skateboard Park, Whole Food, and Restaurants in every direction! This vacation rental sleeps 8. After a day of taking in the sites, working or family gatherings, winding down in this lovely vacation rental is the place to be! Two parking passes for street parking available. This property is only 3 blocks from the metro and just a 15 minutes drive to DCA airport.

Location perfect for close to Metro, easy to walk or ride to National Mall and museums. Home is large and more than enough space and privacy with 3 levels. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Laundry - helpful with 90 degree days out walking. Bonus for outdoor seating for morning coffee. Short walks to Giant and Whole Foods. Loved all the extra toiletries and snacks that came in handy after long days of being tourists. Neighborhood felt safe, even on our evening excursions. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

This is a spacious house, great for a family or group of friends. It has lots of space and amenities. We were very comfortable and enjoyed being close to museums. Check-in was easy!

Plenty of Space, Great Neighborhood

We gathered for a college graduation and enjoyed every minute of the city. The property was perfect for our stay and the thoughtful details (snacks, water bottles, shampoo, etc) were much appreciated. Definitely recommend.

This VRBO is well located in Logan Circle and easy to walk to local places. The place comes very well stocked with water, snacks, and toiletries. The linens were very clean along with plenty of towels. Worked well for our girls trip to DC.

Loved the neighborhood. Very walkable with restaurants and groceries available. The 3 bedrooms were perfect to give all us as work associates room to ourselves. The host had everything provided for us that we needed and more. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place!

We visited DC with our family of five and two grandparents. The location was wonderful, easy subway walk. The house was so well equipped with anything we could need it was SO helpful. Truly loved staying here, it felt like our cozy home to cook dinner and hang out at the end of long touring days! Highly recommend!

The location of the house is perfect for walking to dining and walking to the National Mall. We all appreciated the snacks that were available for us. The house is spacious and there are plenty of spaces to relax or chat with others. Two of the ceiling lights in the kitchen are out and need to be replaced. The bathroom in the master bedroom is a very comfortable size and we appreciated that. Plenty of fresh towels available as well. The shower in the master bath does not drain and should be addressed. The host arranged a parking permit for us which was great.

Christmas Getaway

This is a great rental property, they have thought of everything! Love that they provided snacks & water. Great location, awesome area to walk around & explore. We parked nearby with provided parking pass & Ubered to museums & attractions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great Place!

This is one of the nicest places I’ve rented. Jonathan is a great host and responded quickly to any questions I had. It was clean, and had lots of towels, blankets, soaps, lotions, snacks, coffee, tea, spices, water, etc. The neighborhood felt safe, even when we walked it at night. I would definitely stay here again if I return to DC.

Everything we could have asked for

There is not a thing that was lacking. Jonathan is so responsive. Easy street parking. Such a comfortable retreat at the end of very busy days. Perfect for our family. All the essentials and more were provided. Really appreciated the bottled water, snacks, substantial towels. No skimping at this VRBO!
