Communication was easy. Kitchen was stocked with pans, but needed a mixing bowl and measuring cups- we rented so we could cook meals. We were ok with it being an older home, but was not at clean as we expected.

Very accommodating for our trip. Good eating in area, the visit was to see museums and attraction in National Mall. Easy Uber ride to the Mall. Great for a couple or family of 4 that will be out and about in DC. Area was safe. Only recommendation I have is the host to get two visitor parking passes. A second vehicle would need to find parking accommodations. Very nice stay for what we visited DC for. Hostess was very responsive to questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised and gave us a clean and quiet refuge from the busyness of the city. The location was great and it was easy to get to everywhere we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

The overall experience qas good. It was spacious and close to where we needed to go. Some helpful improvements would be directions to use the TV and all wifi information available. There could also be better water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was great! Thank you!!

The apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with free on-street parking. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Metro station we needed for our conference, which was perfect.

Perfect quiet neighborhood

The location was very close to all the historical sites within mostly 5 miles. Very quiet and safe place. I would highly recommend staying here! Very clean!

This was a charming place to stay and extremely comfortable for 3 adults. The parking was sometimes tricky but we always managed to find a spot. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and towels. The dishwasher and washer & dryer were wonderful to have at our disposal. We would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent communication with the hosts.

Great location and space

Perfect location for exploring DC. Easy walking distance to U St, AdMo, and Dupont. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartment suited our needs perfectly with plenty of space, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and comfortable living room. Bathroom is a bit tight for two women and all of our trappings, but very manageable.

Perfect space

This unit was convenient and nicely outfitted. Cool neighborhood close to public transportation with parking, too. Host could not have been nicer or easier to communicate with. Would definitely choose this VRBO again or suggest to friends and family.

A mat for the tub to prevent slipping. Note in description about Roku password to watch TV. The location was great, close to two different Metro station. Very clean! Kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend. Thank you!!

GREAT PLACE!

We just returned from our short stay in DC. We only took two of our children (for their birthdays). This place was perfect for the four of us! We wanted a kitchen along with a washer and dryer, this gave us both! This does have stairs to walk up to the level and then down into the apartment. We walked over 20 miles both days that we were there, my legs barely worked each evening when we returned. I only mention this if you need a stairless option. The rooms were a good size, the closets were great! They even had fans for us. We did Door Dash dessert the first night. The location was so easy for deliveries! We are from the country and not used to the parking or city noise yet felt comfortable and at ease. The response from the host was immediate each time and they were very kind! If we made a return trip, I would seek out this same apartment for another stay.
