"Bella Vista" Home for 12 Guests with Rooftop View over the Capitol

  • Welcome to Bella Vista, our recently renovated home with a stunning rooftop view over the US Capitol. Located in Bloomingdale neighborhood in NW DC and 5 minutes driving from Union Market, the unit is perfect for families with children, or groups of friends who want to explore DC.

    The property is a unit in a 2-unit building.

    Closest metro is NoMa -Gallaudet (5 min driving).

    Our place has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We have a total of 7 beds in the unit that can fit up to 12 people.

    Main level: 2 Queen beds and full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area.

    Second level: King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kids room with a full bed and bunk beds (one full mattress at the bottom and one twin at the top).

    We also have a foldable twin bed located inside the master bedroom closet where an additional guest can sleep.

    Third level: rooftop with view over the US Capitol

    The unit can comfortably host up to 12 guests.

    House features open floor plan, stunning kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for those keen on cooking. Coffee, tea, sugar and filtered water are complimentary in the kitchen.

    All bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful hardwood floors. Comfortable memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Essential toiletries are available in each bathroom. A bath towel, a hand towel and a washcloth will be provided for each guest. We also have makeup towels in each bathroom.

    Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs. The living room also has a smart TV and board games for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Dining table is also available.

    Free street parking is available in front of the property. Parking hour limitations apply on weekdays.

    No private parking on the property.

    **STAIRS. Property has 3 levels with stairs so it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility.**

    Noise. Please know that the property is located in a big city so there will always be a certain level of noise coming from traffic and construction. We do not issue reimbursements for city noise.

    Highchair, pack n play crib and baby gates are available for families. Blender and children dinnerware are also available in the kitchen for your convenience.

    Fast speed Wi-Fi available throughout the unit.

    We require a copy of your drivers license or passport after booking.

    Minimum age to book: 21 years

Lovely, convenient location, home was clean, cute, comfortable beds and plenty of them-had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again and we definitely recommend it!

Very nice quaint house within 15 min walking distance to the Metro. Tons of room and a lovely rooftop overlooking the city! We had a great stay!!

This was the perfect stay for our Mother/Daughter DC trip. We had six in our group and it was the perfect layout. We ended up using the Metro bus station near the house to get to the Capitol area and it was very smooth. Check in/out were very easy and the house was supplied with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The amenities were great, the layout worked perfectly for our group, and the rooftop view was a highlight. The host was responsive and made the experience smooth from start to finish. Would definitely recommend for group stays.

Only thing would be some more information on parking, the signs were a bit confusing and we weren’t sure if it was safe to park. Otherwise property was amazing! Thank you for the flexibility with check out, it really helped!

We went for police memorial week. It was the perfect distance from all the attractions we were looking for. Able to attend all police memorial events with no problems. Parking was a little tough on the street however we were able to find a parking lot within walking distance. Great place to stay very clean and it was relatively quiet in the neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again.
