"Upon arrival at Bermuda airport, I called the phone number listed for Sunscape Bermuda to notify the owners that we were 9-miles away from arriving, and needed better directions for the taxi driver. The owner answered the phone, informed me that the Sunscape Bermuda wasn't available – there wasn't any record of my reservation (I paid in full upon making my reservation)."
