The apartment is located in the city center in a building 150 meters from the subway station Ratusz Arsenal and Bank Square. The Old Town, the National Theater, Theater Square, and the Saski Garden are all nearby, with numerous cafes, stores, and restaurants. Guests will find everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Warsaw here.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
In the bedroom, there is a double bed of 200 x 160 cm, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed of 140 x 200 cm.
The kitchenette has an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all other kitchen utensils.
Guests have at their disposal a 50-inch TV with Google TV, Netflix, and WIFI and utensils for a comfortable stay: an ironing board, iron, towels, soap, shampoo, bed linen, and coffee.
There is a Carrefour shop next to the building. Cafes, pubs, and restaurants are around the building.
Guests can use the whole apartment. Before their arrival, guests are given a code for the electronic lock for the door and the code for the gate in the building.
Parking spaces are in the streets around the building. It is a paid parking zone. Fees are from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm.
200 meters from the building, there is an electric car charging station.
