At the same time, it is an attractive location with numerous green areas and recreational spots where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. All daily needs can be easily met thanks to the well-developed local infrastructure: there is already a grocery shop on the ground floor of the building. The flat is a 3-minute walk from the King Cross shopping complex and 1.5 km from the Atrium Promenada shopping centre. It takes approximately half an hour to reach Chopin Airport by car.
