East Side of Warsaw Studio 111 is located in the district of Praga Południe. It is a sprawling sports and leisure district, known for the PGE Narodowy stadium, home to some of Poland's best sporting, entertainment and business events. It is also a place known for its nightlife centre with lively cocktail bars and wine bars on Francuska Street and bars under the Poniatowski Bridge and in Saska Kępa that are open in the summer.

The flat is in close proximity to the East Railway Station, from where you can easily and quickly get to the city centre. Also nearby is the historic Skaryszewski Park with its ponds, sculptures and walking paths, the Neon Museum and the C.H Wileńska shopping centre.
