Opposite the building is the well-known Stodoła music club, which hosts music meetings and concerts. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as cultural facilities: The Geological Museum, the Museum of Soldiers of Exile and Political Prisoners of the People's Republic of Poland or the Contemporary Stage Theater. In addition, the neighborhood is known for its numerous recreational green areas, such as Pole Mokotowskie, where guests can have a picnic, enjoy nature or sit by the water. It is also a great place for a morning jog or an evening stroll in nature. The property's attractive location has great access to other Warsaw neighborhoods, thanks to a well-developed public transportation network. The bus stop is a 4-minute walk from the studio, and the Pole Mokotowskie subway station is 6 minutes away. Both the center and the Old Town can be reached very quickly, thanks to the many public transportation options. Getting to Chopin Airport takes about 15-20 minutes. Those who prefer even greener solutions can use one of the many city bike rentals in the area - the district is very bike-friendly.
