Access to the building is not convenient if you have luggage: the main entrance is stairs-only and reaching the elevator with suitcases is a hassle. Inside the apartment there was an overpowering air-freshener smell; opening the windows didn’t help because smoking is allowed on the balconies, so the cigarette smoke came right in.
Basic amenities were missing. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, no bottled water, and a washing machine but no laundry pods. For guests staying 4+ nights, it would be great to provide at least 1–2 pods for coffee and laundry.
Customer service was also disappointing. I messaged via the platform’s messenger and WhatsApp and received no response.
I’ve stayed at a very similar place in the same area that offered much better service—two bottles of water, a variety of teas, coffee pods, candies, and very communicative staff. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this apartment.
