"I was bitten by bed bugs! I was really looking forward to my stay here but unfortunately, I was disappointed. On arrival, I requested an iron and they said they would send one to my room, crickets. Second day I made the same request and they said they would, crickets. Third day, I asked them for it now and they told me none was available and they'd reach out to me later, they never did. I requested to have my room cleaned and was told they would only arrange my bedding as they only clean after 6...
