Greene King en Bedford

"Habitaciones perfectamente limpias.

"Really friendly owners and it was very clean. However the hotel is very run down and in desperate need of refurbishment several holes and cracks in the walls. Bathroom had a lot of rust and loose mastic. Room was freezing despite having a heater and we slept in our clothes. Food in restaurant is cheap but low quality. Again staff were all very nice"

"It was very good"

"The staff and food are brilliant the only thing that lets it down are the bathroom I have stayed about 7 times now beds are comfortable room clean and tidy just the bathrooms need updating having said that I will be back because the staff are so nice and friendly"

"The bed linen was very dirty, and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night—apparently someone was cleaning—so it wasn't a pleasant experience."

"Very dated needs a refurb."
