"Enjoyed our overnight stay in this tiny house. Modern updates made it cozy and appealing. We had all we needed for our stay. Location was easy to find and host provided easy instructions on the check in process."

"Everything was great. Did not realize we had our own personal jacuzzi on the back porch. Put the cherry on top. Very quiet neighborhood and the permanent residents were very nice. Definitely will be staying again"

"Clean fun and easy for a small fMily"

"In town for a quick family weekend at Dollywood. Perfect location, great views, got to see a bear and plenty of space for the fam!"

"Wonderful! We really appreciate the ease of checking in and out, the kindness of the host, and the house was very cozy! Appreciate the box fans in each bedroom!"

"Such a nice little hidden gem! It was clean, and despite being tiny it felt very spacious for two people and a service pup. I was originally worried when I saw the listing said no pets, since I do have a service dog who accompanies me, but the host was very accommodating and helpful! It isn’t far from a main road, but it’s separated by a beautiful creek and bridge, it quiets down at night and the hot tub is perfect! We definitely are planning on coming back sometime!"

"Our family had an amazing stay! The house was beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions while still being peaceful and comfortable. Sean was an exceptional host, friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. He made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for...

"Pretty good stay. Excellent location to Dollywood for dropping people off. Just some small improvements could be made to the property that is no fault of owners. Waited and Hour and a half after check in time due to still cleaning. Towels were folded up still wet in bathroom bc breaker blew and dryers wasn’t working….easy fix there. Had to plunge the bathtub bc drain was clogged and backing up. Grass way too tall for comfort but not sure mowers would have had chance to mow better bc of rain....

"If you're looking for a 50's throwback kind vibe on an amazingly beautiful river, this is your best bet!"
