"The property is set on a quiet street. I loved that they had coffee, tea, water etc available at all times. It was amazing sitting on the front porch enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and check in was easy even though we had to after hours. Breakfast was the perfect portion size and delicious. Would definitely recommend!"

"Staff was great. Rick was super nice and helpful Room, a/c front cover was hanging off as well as the smoke detector cover. The shower grout needs to be cleaned better. The bed was comfortable. Location excellent for downtown and for the amphitheater. "

"Parking was super easy and free, room was comfy, bed was amazing! Ac could have been better, we fought with it all night to try and cool down the room. We ended up asking for a box fan at front desk but they didnt have one. They graciously gave us their small fan so we could use it to sleep! "

"The room was clean on arrival but not tended to during our stay unless we asked for clean sheets, towels and rubbish (one extremely small bin in toilet) to be removed. Breakfasts were stunning if managed by the young ladies as it was more of a buffet and ingredients were separate, such as yoghurt and fruit; when cooked for by the owner of the B&B, my fruit was covered in yoghurt; it was given to my wife as I do not like the ingedient.
