You need a code to get in the door and a different code to get in your room. A couple got in a verbal disagreement outside our room. They were swearing, yelling, with possible physical harm. "The hotel is beautiful! Love the decor in the lobby/bar area! The staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our questions! Our room was two queen comfortable beds! The bathroom was a good size with nice toiletries! The hotel is very close to St. Augustine historic district! Close location to everything we did!"

"Great hotel in an excellent location. This was a spur of the moment trip so I literally booked the hotel within an hour of arrival. My booking wasn't showing up in the system yet. Instead of asking me for my confirmation number the front desk clerk condescendingly asked me if I was in the right hotel! Other than that everything was great."

"This hotel is awesome. Great price and close to restaurants and downtown. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Only complaint was shower floor was extremely slippery and needs some sort of non-slip mat. Will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to my family and friends."
