"Very good breakfast. Service was excellent throughout from check-in to departure. Very convenient location only about 150 yards from the seafront. Will definitely use again when in the area."

"Room comfortable , very good value my only pronlem was the steep stairs to my room and for some weird reason other guests found it a great place to stand outside my door late at night and shout at each other. My room was lacking a remote control for the tv, however was on holuday so not really needing tv, bathroom was massive and shower was nice with hot water although not very powerfull. Bed was confortable but backed onto the ventilation for the building so could be a bit noisy when on....

"When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall. Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. "

"I was there for a night on business, the apartment was close to the town and had guides for the area, had Netflix, a fridge and breakfast items as well as a coffee machine. Very spacious large"

"We stayed for one night, and it was fabulous! The staff and manager really made this stay great. Nothing was too much trouble. It was relaxing and calm. Everything was spotless clean. Our bedroom was great, with a view of the sea spacious and really comfortable. The food was excellent so compliments to the chef! Enjoyed the stay so much we are booking again. We really recommend this hotel...but more than anything what a fantastic team."

"Cosy, comfy room. Excellent management, really friendly, and accommodated us as vegans brilliantly. Great location. Shower pressure little low and couldn't get on the wifi, but deffo not dealbreakers. Would recommend, would go back"

"Waste of my time submitting a review you so r post? Hotels.com? A waste of time.Turned up at our hotel and the entry code didn’t work. Because someone had changed the lock. Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. I tried searching the emails while he was on the line but had no 4G coverage so couldn’t open the attachments. Rang the given number again twice and...

"Very pleasant room only one minute walk to the seafront staff was very friendly come and go as you please "

"Weather was beautiful 😍 the hotel was ok it did the job, the bed was ok, slept well! The dust on the sleigh bed could of been wiped of. The ensuite, if you could call it that was a bit to be desired but it was ok. You get what ypu pay for. Vicky from halstead essex"

"Walked from the station to this lovely hotel on a nice spring evening and was pleasantly surprised by this lovely little hotel in a leafy suburb of Norwich. Reception staff were friendly and offered food in the connected restaurant / pub and or a drink. It felt homely in the good sense and the room was quiet, clean and comfy. Overall I really liked this spot. Doesn’t feel like a chain hotel, but not drab like some pub hotels can feel like. Would stay again. "
