"It apartment was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. We were welcomed by the host when we arrived. We had plenty of privacy too. "

"Do not book in advance. We live hours away and booked this stay weeks in advance just for the host to cancel it with no communication an hour before we got to Raleigh. After driving all day we were left with no idea where we were gonna sleep that night and only a few hours to figure it out before the concert we came to town to attend."

"We enjoyed our stay and the relaxation of the lake view. The unit was more of a studio than a one bedroom but it was comfortable and clean. A real plus would be if the host wanted to provide paddle boards or a boat to go out on the lake. I tried to walk around the lake, but there really isn't a trail For most of it"

"Very clean and cute. Too small for a large dog like ours. The patio area was much needed for him. The neighborhood is terrible. It’s not a safe area and it’s full of trash and broken glass and strange men hanging around. The place is fine but the neighborhood isn’t."

"Overall a nice stay. It is an apartment on one side of a house with full-time residents living on the other side. I would have felt bad bringing my little kids along but it was fine for my teen and I. The beds were comfy and lots of extras to not have to take along-iron, hair dryer, kitchen items."

"The property was clean and had most anything you need. The only issues we had was at check in, we noticed no water was turned on in the house. Had to call the host and wait an hour and a half for the water to be turned on to be able to shower or use the restroom!! A little ridiculous the water wasn’t already on in the house before check in! The only other thing that we noticed is the big trench/dip to get to the area you have to park in the back yard. If you have a small car your bumper/frame...
