"Beautiful clean place to stay, the sheets were fabulous quality, the bed was great. I didn't have a view but that was ok. I arrived late at night, some parking advise for guests is necessary. No milk provided for tea or coffee a bit disappointing. A fabulous café downstairs, for the best coffee and pastries also very classy. They should be working together. Beautiful place to stay and great location."

"Magpie Cottage was beautifully furnished. Sympathetic to the era that Napier is known for. The amenities were more than ample, with every need catered for. The situation of the cottage was perfect. A street away from the beach, and close to the town centre. Highly recommend."

"Very clean and well maintained property! Shower was unbelievable! One of the best showers I’ve had great water pressure. Staff took a while to greet at the front, but other than that, they were very helpful. Would definitely stay again."
